Web development is not just a case of building a web site, who is going to come up with the content for your new web domain? provide the images for use in the development of the web page? Support the on going development of the whole web site? Support the site if it goes down because of a technical issue?
We can do all of these things on either an ad hoc or retained basis.
Developed to keep on looking good even on the screen of a mobile phone. Browsing on a mobile device has become the default, even if 67% of orders are placed through a desktop.
All our web development is done with thought towards targeted optimisation of Keywords to enable competitive ROI.
Social Media Ready
All come with a shiny bright interface so that Content is easy to be shared on Social Media, helping to spread the word.
Chat about web development requirements and provide scope of works – we usually work to a fixed price unless the project is very large or complex. Most websites can be accurately priced using our online calculator.
Building the site as described in our agreed project outline – if its a large or complex project we may build a mock site just to check we are all on the same page – no-one likes surprises.
Now we try to break the site. If we can’t break it then we present the web development to you on one of our test servers for final feedback and approval before going live, usually very soon after.
Now the site is live and this where the real feedback comes in – from your customers. On going SEO work starts to keep improving Google rankings and usually the website will evolve over time due to the changes from your customer feedback and our on going SEO.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is your pricing transparent?
It couldn’t be much more transparent, we are one of the few digital agencies that actually has a price calculator on the site so you can work out the price without even the need to speak to us if you don’t want to.
Our payment terms are 50% – deposit / 40% – completion of main build / 10% – final client sign off .
Are we free to change to another host/provider/agency?
Our goal has always been to create a happy, thriving community of clients who want to stay with us for the long term. If you are not thrilled with any aspect or are not enjoying the experience, then we have no interest in forcing you to stay an unhappy customer due to some contractual lock in.
How long does it take to get a new website?
How long is a medium size piece of string? It will generally be between 2-4 weeks for a standard information only site running up to a couple of months for a larger ecommerce site, however, if it was a large complex comprehensive site design it could take 12-16 weeks. Your dedicated Project or Account Manager will of course keep you informed from the very start of timescales and of course budget.
Do I need to buy a separate domain name?
No. All of our design packages come with domain names included in the price for the first year. Already have a domain – no problem we can transfer it over to your new website absolutely free.
